The fastest way to delete your account is from within the Zentrr mobile app:

1. Open the Zentrr app and sign in.
2. Open the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately: your sign-in identity is removed, you are signed out on every device, and the data described in § 04 is queued for permanent deletion. If you use Zentrr on the web or cannot sign in, use the email request below (§ 03).

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, email privacy@zentrr.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request.”

We verify your identity (to protect your account from someone else requesting deletion), then honor the request within thirty (30) days and confirm by email when it is complete.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your identity and profile — name, email, sign-in credentials, and authentication tokens.
• Your content — chat conversations, prompts, uploaded documents and knowledge sources, and generated artifacts tied to your account.
• Connected-account tokens — credentials for any integrations you connected (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, cloud storage). Disconnecting also revokes these.

Data is removed from active systems immediately and purged from encrypted backups within thirty (30) days.

A limited set of records is kept after deletion only where the law or a legitimate business obligation requires it:

• Billing and tax records — invoices and payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting law. Payment card details are held by our processor, Stripe, not by Zentrr.
• Audit logs— compliance audit-trail entries are retained per your organization’s plan (Practice: 1 year; Practice Plus: 7 years; Enterprise: per contract), then deleted.
• Aggregated, de-identified data — usage metrics that no longer identify you may be retained to operate and improve the Service.
