SMS MessagingProgram.

version 1.0 · effective june 19, 2026

This page describes Zentrr's text-message (SMS) program for account security. In plain terms: if you choose to turn on text-message two-factor authentication, we text you a one-time code to confirm it's really you. That is the only thing we use your number for.

§ 01

About this program

Zentrr (operated by Sati Technology Inc.) sends account-security text messages to users who choose to protect their account with text-message two-factor authentication (2FA). The only messages we send through this program are one-time passcodes used to verify your identity when you sign in or when you add a phone number to your account.

This is a transactionalprogram. We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring informational texts through it, and we never sell or share your mobile number or opt-in for anyone else's marketing.

§ 02

What you will receive

A single 6-digit code each time identity verification is required. For example:

Your Zentrr verification code is 123456

Messages are sent from Zentrr's toll-free number. The code is valid for a few minutes.

§ 03

How to opt in

Text-message 2FA is strictly opt-in. We never enroll a phone number automatically. To turn it on, a signed-in Zentrr user takes these steps:

  1. Open Profile → Security → Two-factor authentication in the Zentrr web application (app.zentrr.com).
  2. Enter a mobile phone number and submit it.
  3. Receive a verification code by text and enter it to confirm the number belongs to you.
  4. Turn on the “Text message” method (tap Enable) to use SMS codes at sign-in.

By completing these steps you consent to receive the account-security text messages described on this page at the number you provided. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using Zentrr — email and authenticator-app (TOTP) options are available.

§ 04

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity: you receive one code when you add or re-verify a phone number, and one code each time you sign in while text-message 2FA is enabled. There is no recurring or scheduled messaging.

§ 05

How to opt out

You can stop the messages at any time, two ways:

  1. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number.
  2. In the app, open Profile → Security → Two-factor authentication, disable the “Text message” method, or remove the phone number from your profile.

To resume, re-enable text-message 2FA in your profile (or reply START).

§ 06

Help

Reply HELP to any message, or email support@zentrr.com for assistance with the messaging program.

§ 07

Rates and carriers

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Zentrr does not charge for these messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

§ 08

Privacy

The mobile phone number you provide is used solely to deliver the account-security messages described here. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
