Your tier covers platform access, the Mailbox, and the managed runtime, plus a generous token bundle that covers real-world usage. Overage beyond the bundle is metered at a published rate — no hidden markup, no surprise charges. Exact bundles and rates are announced at launch.
Specialist count is a hard cap — you cannot hire a 4th Specialist on Starter without upgrading. Tokens are metered with threshold alerts at 80/100/150/200% of bundle; you can set a hard cap to block overage entirely.
Yes. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period. We keep your data; Specialists you can no longer use get paused. If you come back to a higher tier later, your config is restored as-is.
Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee if you have used less than 25% of your token bundle. Zentrr is targeting SOC 2 Type II for Q3 2026. Reports will be available under NDA on Practice and above. In the meantime, in-product compliance posture monitoring assesses your environment against these control families (HIPAA on Practice; +SOC 2 / GDPR / NIST on Practice Plus; +ISO 27001 / custom on Enterprise). These tools support your audit prep but do not substitute for an independent audit.
On Enterprise, yes. Your data and the managed runtime live in your AWS organization, and we operate it via cross-account roles. Pricing negotiated separately.
